We will only allow water and snacks to be brought into the event. We are a food festival with lots of great options available onsite as well as licensed bars.

Yes, the park has parking available. Please note standard parking rates will apply as per HCC rates.

Entry to The Big Eat Festival is free. We are a registered CIC so feel free to leave a donation if you enjoy the event as this will help us keep the event free in the future.

We do have a number of sponsorship opportunities and we are always looking for volunteers. Please get in touch with us at info@thebigeatfestival.co.uk if you are interested in either of these.

No, please do not bring electric bikes or scooters to the event. You will be denied entry with either of these. 

No. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

We have limited parking onsite at the Royal Victoria Country Park. Netley is the nearest train station with access to Netley station using SWR services across the South. For more information on travelling by train please visit the South Western Railway website here.
